Introducing the Bauhaus of the Seas Sails Geospatial Platform!
We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Bauhaus of the Seas Sails Geospatial Platform! Developed as part of the Bauhaus of the Seas Sails project, this online platform, accessible at bossatlas.online, serves as a comprehensive repository of open-access geospatial data, providing valuable insights into various aspects of port city territories, sustainability, aesthetics, and inclusiveness.
At its core, the Geospatial Platform aims to facilitate efficient analysis, visualization, and sharing of data within the Bauhaus of the Seas Sails project. Users will have access to a wide range of tools for creating captivating interactive map visualizations, enabling them to explore and analyse geospatial information with ease.
One of the key features of the platform is its ability to capture and showcase narratives and storytelling about the pilots participating in the Bauhaus of the Seas Sails project. Through engaging narratives, users can gain valuable insights into the implementation of pilot actions and the impact they have on coastal communities and ecosystems.
Moreover, the platform will serve as a foundation for living labs and the dissemination of findings, allowing stakeholders to engage in value-based discussions and collaborative efforts towards coastal sustainability. By fostering a connection between science, technology, education, art, and culture, the platform embodies the ideals of the New European Bauhaus (https://new-european-bauhaus.europa.eu/).
Next Monday, 25 April at 14.00 CET the online research seminar with Michael Rodrigues from TU Delft, will unveil the platform! Link to participate in the online seminar is here.
