Deliverables

A total of 24 deliverables have been submitted during the project’s 3-year span, of which 17 are public and available for download and consultation.

Work Package 1 – Management

D1.2 Data Management Plan
Author: Istituto Superior Tecnico
The Data Management Plan follows Horizon Europe’s Open Research Data Pilot and OECD best practices to ensure open, FAIR, and reusable research data. It is a living document, updated throughout the project, describing the types of data collected, how they are managed, shared, preserved, and safeguarded.

Work Package 2 – Co-design

D2.1 Template and co-design process
Author: Malmö University
This document is a guide for the development of local co-design activities, produced within the project Bauhaus of the Seas Sails. It aims to provide indications and support for how to conduct codesign locally, addressing the important aspects to consider and questions to reflect about. It starts by identifying and defining four core principles for the development of the demonstrators (sustainable, inclusive, aesthetic, and locally grounded) and then introduces how co-design engages with these four principles. It overviews the different actors involved and a general timeline for the co-design process. Further, it provides specific suggestions on how to develop the codesign practice locally and with relevance to the area in which you are introducing it.

D2.2 Ambassador programme materials and instructions
Author: Malmö University
This document describes the Deliverable D2.2 from the Bauhaus of the Seas project — the Ocean Ambassadors Program. The Ocean Ambassadors Program guides the development of strategies and actions for public and community engagement, according to the BoSs principles, as well as supports learning about this topic. The program is also a research endeavor meaning that we aim to evaluate the Program and use this evaluation as one of the inputs for the D 2.4- Report on outcomes of co-design approaches and review of contextual factors.

D2.5 Report on eco-social change-making, sea-facing and more-than-human
Author: Malmö University
Report on advice for eco-social change-making, sea-facing and more-than-human

Work Package 3 – Delivery

D3.1 Report on BoSS-Zoöps for Pilots
Author: Nieuwe Instituut
This document introduces the comprehensive concept and model of Zoöp, which is a development by Nieuwe Instituut (NI), but focuses on presenting the refined concept specifically tailored for the BoSS context, known as BoSS-Zoöp, along with the actions taken by NI and the BoSS Pilots to implement BoSS-Zoöps in the local contexts.

D3.2 Report on the Expert Development Programme for Pilots from Co-Design
Author: TBA21
This document explains the Expert Development Programme designed to support seven co-designed pilots. Building on ecosystem assessments and executive plans, the programme is tailored to local needs and developed with expert organisations in sea-based ecological design and architecture. It provides hands-on training for local ambassadors and is delivered through collaboration between scientific, municipal, and cultural partners. The document outlines the programme framework, its timeline, actions carried out so far, and planned future activities.

D3.4 Consolidate Report on Pilots Toolkits and Experiential Storytelling (submitted)
Author: TBA21
Consolidated Report on Pilots Toolkits and Experiential Storytelling

Work Package 4 – Replication

D4.1 Operations manual for replication strategy
Author: University of Venice
This document sets out an operations manual that defines the overall strategy for replicating project activities and approaches. It is a living document, to be updated throughout implementation, and reflects principles of urban regeneration, the New European Bauhaus, and the specific approaches developed within the initiative. It focuses primarily on replication at the local level, with potential application at larger scales.

D4.3 Intermediate report on implementation roadmaps for pilots
Author: University of Venice
Intermediate report on the implementation of the roadmaps of the pilot projects

D4.4 Final report on implementation roadmaps for pilots
Author: University of Venice
Final report on the implementation of the roadmaps of the pilot projects

D4.5 Summary of policy indications to EC
Author: University of Venice
Executive summary to inform the EC of the general policy indications that have emerged from the project

Work Package 5 – Impact Assesment

D5.1 Report on Online geospatial platform (limited functionality)
Author: Technical University of Delft
The BoSS geospatial platform is an open online system that combines geospatial data, port city information, sustainability indicators, and narrative content to support analysis, visualisation, and data sharing. Built entirely with open-source tools, it is currently an experimental version with limited functionality, available at bossatlas.online, and will be further developed through community feedback and co-design processes.

D5.2 Analytical framework for impact assessment
Author: Technical University of Delft
Analytical framework for impact assessment (M6 draft), M24 (interim), and M36 (final).

D5.3 Final online BoSS platform
Author: Technical University of Delft
Final online Bauhaus of the Seas Sails platform, showcasing the effects of drops (pilot actions) and ripples (pilot demonstrators) for the follower projects from WP4 (M24, M36), and ready to hand over to the consortium of users (M36).

D5.4 Report on Digital Twins of coastal cultural heritage
Author: Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia
Report on the feasibility study of the application of Digital Twins of coastal cultural heritage.

Work Package 6 – Communication and Dissemination

D6.1 Communication and Dissemination Plan
Author: Magellan Circle
Picking up on the content presented in the proposal and updating and developing a concrete path for achieving the objectives set for WP6 and maximising the impact of the BoSS project. The definition of the communication and dissemination strategy at the beginning of the project will include clear indications on: What (content); When (timeline); Where (locations); Why (goals); to Whom (target groups); by Whom (roles) and How (tools and platforms). It will be developed and monitored by MAG with contributions from all partners which will commit to following the plan in accordance with their defined roles and objectives.”
